Am I eligible?
Please note that before completing our consultation form, there are a few medical conditions or factors that may make an individual ineligible for weight loss medication. This includes the following: BMI below 27 (BMI of 27 - 30 only considered if you have other health conditions), thyroid cancer, aged 75 or over, pregnancy or planning/thinking of conception. There may be other medical conditions that aren't listed which could affect your eligibility for the medication. Please list any other medical conditions you may have in your consultation form and one of our practitioners will be in touch if there is any concern.
